Still moving forward. Still investing. Still improving
While we are proud of our past achievements, we are determined to continue to push industry standards forward. We continually invest in our programmes and facilities.

We have introduced advanced e-readers that allow easy access to learning materials and eliminate the risk that individual sheets or documents will be lost, while simultaneously helping us save paper and trees. Together with our state-of-the-art learning facilities equipped with electronic SMART boards, the advanced e-readers allow for seamless interaction between presenter and participants, who can share their notes in the form of PDF documents.
With these and future innovations, we will continue to deliver professional training to the highest standards, helping our clients transform their organisations and communities.

Trained by practitioners and thought leaders
Our experienced practitioners cover a wide range of different subjects and areas of expertise. What they all have in common is a pragmatic approach to learning, up-to-date subject expertise, and firm practical knowledge from being practitioners themselves.

Constantly developing portfolio
Our curricula are not only adapted to the latest best practice, sector standards and regulatory frameworks, we are also keeping ahead of them by being proactive in following our clients challenges, and developing our training solutions to suit public sector needs as they evolve.

Network with peers
Our programmes are frequented by distinguished professionals from all over the world: meeting and networking with them is a valuable addition to our programmes.

Supportive environment
During the programme, you will receive one-to-one coaching from our experienced practitioners. But our support doesn’t stop at the end of the programme: upon returning to work, you will receive regular emails and text messages to remind you of key learning points.

360° approach to learning
Our programmes are structured to be as varied as possible, summarised in the mantra ‘seeing, hearing and doing’: group exercises are mixed in with seminars and frequent use of diagrams and case studies.

Visits to real-life projects and organisations
To make the most of your programme, you will be able to speak to UK counterparts and see for yourself how some organisations have implemented the techniques and solutions you study in the classroom. Previous visits include the Ministry of Justice, the Cabinet Office, the BBC, and Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.

Purpose-built training facilities
Our custom designed facilities feature the latest smart boards and other hi-tech learning technologies like advanced e-readers, but it is also a home-from home with a large relaxation area. Sit down in one of the many couches and enjoy a complementary hot beverage while you ponder over your learning and network with fellow delegates.

Part of Capita
Our relationship with Capita enables us to access the resources and expertise of a FTSE-100 professional services group, which among other projects runs Civil Service Learning – the main professional learning body for the UK civil service.
