Access to the Internet using our Internet Zone is free, allowing you to keep up to date with the news from home and around the world. If you just want to relax, there are designated areas where you can sit and unwind while reading a newspaper , watching 24 hour news from the BBC or interacting with delegates from other countries and courses.

BAC Certificate

We have been awarded a Certificate of Accreditation from the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education. This accreditation is an independent mark of quality, inspection or review that demonstrates that an institution is a genuine education provider with sound teaching practices, recruitment procedures and progress monitoring of its students.

The British Accreditation Council has provided a comprehensive quality assurance scheme for independent further and higher education in the UK since 1984. Their accreditation is recognised all over the world by students, agents and government officials as the clearest mark of educational quality in the private sector. 


ISO 9001:2000 certification

Capita Learning & Development and RIPA International were awarded ’ISO 9001:2000 certification’ in February 2004, for:

  • The design, delivery, project management and administration of training programmes and conferences for UK and International markets including both public and private sectors.
  • The operation of a customer contact centre handling customer correspondence, queries and transactions for training programmes and conferences.

Charity Support

RIPA International support “Helping Africa 100” a UK based charity whose aims are to promote education and relieve hardship. We are delighted that one of our Director of Studies, Garrie Bolton, is a founder member of the Charity and he travels annually to Africa to undertake voluntary work.
