Our Staff
Our three directors are responsible for the management and day to day running of RIPA International. They all have their own area of specality and a thorough understanding of client requirements.
As soon as you make contact with RIPA International you will be assigned a Country Account Manager that has particular knowledge and experience of your region or organisation. They will be able to talk you through the different training options available according to your requirements and budget.
Each programme is assigned a Programme Co-ordinator whose role it is to ensure all aspects of the programme run smoothly. They also respond to delegate enquiries, assist with accommodation requirements and research new course visits and speakers.
Our Client Co-ordination team ensure that all participants that attend a RIPA International course have a positive experience from your initial enquiry until you return to your home country.
Each of our programmes, whether it is an open programme delivered here in London or a bespoke learning solution delivered in country, is led by a dedicated Director Studies acting as facilitator and mentor who will be an experienced practitioner in their specialist area of competence.
We like to stay in contact and maintain a close relationship with our clients through various forms of communication regarding forthcoming programmes. We also regularly carry out research and analyse feedback from our clients to ensure that all of our training programmes remain in line with our client’s needs and expectations and continually improve our programmes.
Besides our annual open training programmes RIPA International is also able to arrange bespoke training solutions delivered both in the UK and in-country. These programmes are developed at the request of individual clients and are designed to address specific needs and organisational objectives. Through our experience in the implementation of client projects, RIPA International is able to bring a fresh and flexible approach to the design and delivery of bespoke solutions.
