Country Account Managers

Joanna Crutcher

My name is Joanna Crutcher and I have recently joined RIPA International as a Country Account Manager. Previous to joining, I spent 5 years working as a Recruitment Consultant covering a number of industries including Media and Construction and worked with both the Public and Private Sectors.

I have also worked in Australia and America and extensively, these experiences have given me a great opportunity to understand different cultures and working environments.

I am looking forward to meeting the wide variety of delegates that will attend RIPA International’s training courses and gaining a deeper understanding of International Government structures and processes.

Aarron Smart

My name is Aarron Smart and I am a Country Account Manager at RIPA International. I have worked with RIPA International for 2 years, across the Finance and Client co-ordination teams, including managing an account with our agent in Qatar and Bahrain. I then moved to the Business Development team in January 2009. Prior to this I worked for another part of the business as managed services co-ordinator.

I participate in various sporting activities such as football and swimming. I have also represented my local athletics club for my county in the national cross-country championships.

One of my greatest achievements is being Captain of the first RIPA International 5-a-side football team. We are looking forward to winning the trophy this year!

Lloyd Foote

Hello, my name is Lloyd I am an International Account Manager within the Sales Team.

I Graduated from South Bank University in Consumer Product Management and have since worked in Marketing and Sales/Account Management roles. I enjoy meeting new clients; getting to know and understand their requirements; and then helping them to develop individually and ultimately as an organisation.

In my spare time I play for Football and Basketball teams. I don’t often score that many Goals but when I do they are usually spectacular. Apart from once when I was standing on the Goal-line and inexplicably managed to “Head” a certain Goal over the Cross-Bar. There was a moment of absolute silence that was then shattered by a chorus of laughter from both Teams.
