Directors of Studies
Rachel Tame
)
My name is Rachel and I joined RIPA International in July 2007 from Capita UK Learning (RIPA International’s UK counterpart). Prior to this position in UK Learning, I worked within the Financial Services Industry undertaking front line as well as having managerial responsibilities.
My belief that people development is integral to organisational success has resulted in my active involvement in projects across business disciplines including sales, customer service, relationship management, personal effectiveness, organisational development, human resource strategies and leadership.
Most recently, these bespoke solutions have taken me to Senegal, West Africa, to work with a government funded organisation on developing a team culture, and engaged in the project management, design and delivery of our Human Resource Development Programme, commissioned for delivery in Bahrain, Gulf States Region. This programme specifically is now endorsed through the Institute of Leadership and Management; a series of modularised events culminating in the compilation of a work assignment to implement an organisational change.
I am a qualified trainer through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a TAP® Accredited Training Professional and an accredited deliverer of Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) validated programmes.

Stefan Urbanski

My name is Stef Urbanski and I joined RIPA in September 2009 as a Director of Studies. During this period I have conducted a number of bespoke and ‘off the shelf’ courses and met some fascinating people. Prior to joining RIPA I worked with another training organisation as a Training Manager and spent a number of interesting years based in Ghana supporting work in East and West Africa. I have always been involved in training and coaching in the public and private sector.
I have enjoyed a varied career in training, visiting sugar plantations, gold mines, high security mints, hydro electric dams, oil and gas facilities and wildlife reservations but more recently being involved in procurement reform and training in anti-corruption projects in Sierra Leone and Kosovo and enjoy meeting people and helping them to maximise their potential.
