RIPA International seeks to promote good governance by preparing public servants to foster key performance capabilities in the effective implementation of policy that supports unchanging good governance principles - openness and transparency, accountability, integrity and clarity of purpose.

 

We currently seek an individual consultant with expertise in the technical areas listed below. Capability in the following:

·   Expertise in public relations and strategic communication, particularly dealing with crises

·   At least 5 years of relevant senior-level professional experience in government communication and ideally within the justice sector

·   Understanding of best practices in PR crisis management

·   Familiarity with preparing PR crisis manuals and advising in PR crisis handling

·   Proficiency in developing strategies and tactics to overcome crisis situations

·   Experience in delivering and facilitating learning and development programmes and designing  learning modules in a multi-cultural setting (please provide evidence and examples in your CV)

·   Experience working in the Balkans region would be considered an advantage

 

Language Requirement: Fluency in English; good knowledge of Bosnian or Croatian would be consider an advantage.
