Effective Public Finance, Budget and Resource Management, Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, Ethiopia

In response to a request for support from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, RIPA International designed and delivered a bespoke training solution in Effective Public Finance, Budget and Resource Management.

This programme involved an in-depth analysis of the strategic issues, budget and resource management and value for money in order to improve the management of public finance and in-particular issues surrounding effective utilisation of aid agency funding.

 

This programme was based on three course modules: Financial Planning and Control, Financial Management and Strategy Techniques and Value for Money. By the end of the course delegates were able to apply suitable strategies for improving the management, monitoring and control of public finance and expenditure.
