Judicial Administration, Maldives
RIPA International delivered this tailored programme in the conference suite of the Nasandhura Palace hotel in Male to a group of fifteen delegates from the Maldivian legal system.
The programme identified that delay and large backlogs were the greatest problems facing the justice system in the Maldives.
The programme provided the delegates with 9 core themes for successful judicial administration, which included:

Each theme was then developed further into specific sections, which identified the vital areas of case management, judicial ethics and corruption as necessary subjects of reform in the Maldives legal system.
