Strategic Leadership, Bermuda
RIPA International delivered this tailored programme to the civil service of Bermuda to a group of 11 delegates working across various departments.
The programme was successful in delivering its learning objectives and enabled participants to:
- Establish a more pragmatic approach to the leadership function within their organisation
- Compare aspects of strategy and change management practice from across the world which can be directly applied or adjusted to suit local conditions
- Reflect on current standards of quality and output in their own organisations and levels of customer/citizen satisfaction with the services they provide

- Explore alternative methods of promoting and maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
- Develop practical strategies for initiating relevant and sustainable change to improve standards of service with integrity
