The Balanced Scorecard, Ethiopian Civil Service, Ethiopia
RIPA International was approached by the Ethiopia Civil Service Reform Programme to facilitate a tailored study programme in order to support the introduction of Balanced Scorecard across the entire Ethiopian Civil Service.
For this programme, RIPA International’s focus was to offer a highly practical and realistic analysis of UK Government and private sector Balanced Scorecard systems. Understanding the situation facing the Ethiopian Civil Service in seeking to introduce Balanced Scorecard was a key driver in ensuring the Programme provided a full and frank analysis and assessment of the challenges and issues faced in undertaking such a key initiative.
This two-week study tour incorporated site visits, guest speakers, case studies, action planning and sessions and seminars led by two dedicated Director of Studies.
