EU Flag

The European Union is pursuing enlargement and integration to the Western Balkans States and Turkey. This will provide more security, economic growth and political stability to Europe as a whole.  Although the enlargement process is outlined in established accession guidelines, full integration will only occur when all the necessary requirements are met by the individual candidate States.

EU candidate countries and potential candidate countries are under pressure to demonstrate conviction and adjust to strict European standards. Aspirants are therefore required to maximise their efforts in promoting good governance, strengthening the rule of law, speeding up economic reforms and improving their capacity to adopt and implement the acquis communautaire.

Throughout every municipality, county or administrative division, public administrators are tasked to deliver in a period of tremendous and unprecedented transformation.

RIPA International’s solid experience designing and delivering capacity building programmes across the globe translates into significant value in supporting ongoing local, state and national transformation. Furthermore, our innovative, behaviour and skills-based development work provides tangible results-oriented learning and development outputs.
