RIPA International is accredited to ISO 9001:2008 for the design, delivery, project management and administration of training programmes and conferences for UK and international markets, including both public and private sectors. We are also certified to operate a customer contact centre handling customer correspondence, queries and transactions for training programmes and conferences.
As part of this certification, we utilise input from staff, internal and external auditors, management, customers, suppliers and business performance reviews to continually improve our operations and maintain high standards in service delivery.
