Open Training Programmes in London

These programmes are designed for individuals across a variety of organisations and regions, with a typical course attracting participants from Africa, Asia, the Middle and Far East as well as Europe. The diversity of backgrounds of delegates attending our open programmes enables those attending to secure a networking base which continues long after their course ends. Our extensive range of programmes internationally benchmark the latest trends in strategic and operational management, organisational development and capacity building, enabling participants to make a positive impact within their own organisation.

All London open training courses include dedicated visits to organisations which offer practical insights and experiences of specific subject areas relevant to each course, strengthening the participants’ overall learning experience. Open Programmes in Your Country

RIPA International is always keen to proactively demonstrate our desire to meet client requests. Off the Shelf Training Programmes

If your organisation or department has a common training need then we can lift any of our open training programmes off the shelf and deliver specifically for you. This can be either in London to reap the benefits of meeting peers working in the UK, or in your own country should resources dictate that this is preferable. This option provides an opportunity for staff to discuss shared organisational goals and objectives and encourages improved team working – providing positive and practical learning.

Consultancy

RIPA International prides itself on delivering successful projects and developing long-term relationships with clients and we recognise the way to achieve this is through delivering excellent customer service throughout all stages and elements of a project or consulting assignment.

We have the experience of proven management resources in supporting and sustaining long-term consulting assignments. Where appropriate, we will partner with relevant organisations that can provide a particular capability and may well be an indigenous establishment in our client organisation’s home country. This approach assists RIPA International in ensuring that we capitalise on our capability to deliver the rigfht support, in the right way, and with the
right people. We seek to demonstrate proven experience and understanding of delivering on contracts to time and budget and to the proactive management of risk in projects.

Timely and regular communication with clients at key milestones agreed in the inception phase of any scheme of work ensures that all necessary information and contingency dimensions are in place to meet any eventuality in the life of a specific consultancy assignment.

Coaching

Coaching is a learning tool that is becoming more and more popular although there does remain some confusion as to exactly what coaching is. The CIPD defines coaching as developing a person’s skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves. It targets high performance and improvement at work, although it may also have an impact on an individual’s private life. It usually lasts for a short period and focuses on specific skills and goals.

RIPA International can provide executive coaching for senior personnel who for whatever reason are not able to attend training programmes. Our coaches operate in highly supportive roles to those who wish to make some form of significant change happen.

Coaches offer their clients a supportive and motivating environment to explore what they want and how they might achieve their aspirations. By assisting our clients in committing to action and by being a sounding-board to their experiences, coaching allows the individual the personal space and support needed to grow and develop. The coach's key role is often is assisting the client to maintain the motivation and commitment needed to achieve their goals. 

Although coaching is most effective on a face to face basis, increasingly coaching relationships can be continued on an email basis once initial contact has been made. 

Study and Benchmarking Tours

These tours are arranged for senior personnel who wish to update and benchmark their knowledge of specific subject areas; visits to sites of best practice are thoroughly researched and selected to complement overall objectives and are drawn from RIPA International’s wide circle of host organisations that support our individual open training programmes.
