Where appropriate, we will partner with relevant organisations that can provide a particular capability and may well be an indigenous establishment in our client organisation’s home country. This approach assists RIPA International in ensuring that we capitalise on our capability to deliver the rigfht support, in the right way, and with the
right people. We seek to demonstrate proven experience and understanding of delivering on contracts to time and budget and to the proactive management of risk in projects.
Timely and regular communication with clients at key milestones agreed in the inception phase of any scheme of work ensures that all necessary information and contingency dimensions are in place to meet any eventuality in the life of a specific consultancy assignment.
