Total Learning

RIPA International offers the opportunity to provide a Total Blended Learning package to national governments, individual ministries, departments and organisations, in line with their specific strategic requirements (for example, a particular phase of sector-wide reforms). Our management consultants work with organisations across the public and private sectors to help them meet their toughest business challenges and optimise performance through the design and implementation of innovative, pragmatic solutions.

Our Total Learning package includes a number of senior staff attending open training programmes here in the UK to receive strategic awareness and work on a specific action plan. This would be followed by in country tailored training to assist with larger groups of staff who may be involved in the implementation of the developed strategy ’on the ground’.

Additionally, after training the option to sustain the project may include online and distance-learning support as well as continued learning though books and videos.
