Customised study programmes:

Coaching:
The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development defines coaching as developing a person’s skills and knowledge so that their job performance improves. It targets high performance and improvement at work, although it may also have an impact on an individual’s private life. It usually lasts for a short period and focuses on specific skills and goals.
RIPA International can provide executive coaching for senior personnel who, for whatever reason, are not able to attend training programmes. Our coaches offer their clients a supportive and motivating environment to explore how they might achieve their aspirations.

Our consulting services draw from our diverse and experienced pool of consultants to support required outputs that range from training needs analyses, organisational reviews and institutional development to the production of organisational policies and procedures.
- We deliver our private and public sector consulting contracts on time and on budget
- We partner, where appropriate, with relevant organisations that can provide a particular capability. These may be indigenous establishments in our client organisation’s home country
- Timely communication with clients, at key milestones agreed in the inception phase of any scheme, ensures that all necessary information and contingencies are in place to meet any eventuality in the life of a consulting assignment
UK and International study tours:
We have forged relationships with many government and non-governmental organisations and commercial entities including financial and academic institutions, as well as Think Tanks and senior leaders of major ongoing public sector programmes and projects. These organisations and individuals provide relevant contributions as well as site visits pertaining to learning components for every programme of study we conduct in London and elsewhere. These enable delegates to be able to see key organisations at work first-hand, at both strategic and operational levels.
