RIPA International's open training programmes are structured to ensure that:

  • Personal training needs are identified prior to the start of each programme, and our detailed individual plans are adapted to take these into account

  • Our Directors of Studies and guest speakers are experienced leaders of reform and best practice in the UK and internationally including, Directors of Policy, Members of the UK Parliament (MPs), Chief Executives from local government, DFID approved advisors and other UK senior civil servants within public organisations
