Overview:
At the highest level, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a framework to help organisations clarify their vision and strategy and translate those into operational objectives that drive both performance and behaviour. Over the last decade the BSC has become a best practice strategic management tool worldwide.

This practical programme explains the theory and methods of the BSC and will equip you to deliver dramatically improved results through its effective implementation. Key contexts for the use of BSC include organisational capacity assessment, capacity development planning, strategy mapping and strategy implementation, measurement and benchmarking.
