Overview:

The principal objective of the course is to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge to achieve improvements in the management of their organisation’s assets. Within that overall objective we will seek to equip you with the knowledge and skill sets to provide and inform effective asset management.

The workshop is intended to develop skills that the delegates can apply in the workplace, enabling more effective service delivery and the generation of savings for their organisations. This is enhanced through the development of skill sets to gather the core information needed to inform asset management strategies and action plans.

The approach is to have a lively and highly interactive week of workshops that engages the delegates and provides useful information and hands on experience and lively debate of the issues relating to the management of assets.

The workshop uses an information pack with details of property including buildings, vehicles and equipment. That information pack is used as the basis for exercises throughout the course.
