Overview:

Coaching and mentoring is increasingly recognised within organisations as a cost effective solution in employee development, which enables both the individual and organisation to achieve their full potential.

Senior management are accepting that an organisations’ pool of staff is crucial for building long-term value, and having a flexible workforce is essential if future organisational growth is to be supported.

This one week workshop, directed by a qualified coach, focuses on the methods by which managers can use to develop the performance on the individual employees within their team. It will focus on all the key elements of coaching and mentoring and introduce participants to skills, tools and techniques required. It will give attendees the opportunity to take workable ideas and plans to enhance or introduce these areas into their organisation.
