Overview:

All organisations must implement processes to continually develop their most important resource – their people. However, managing the training and development function is both challenging and rewarding. Organisations are constantly changing and if the personnel are going to keep up with these changes then the need for effective learning, training, development and
evaluation solutions is greater than ever.

Learning and development personnel play a crucial role in changing and adapting the organisation to these changes. These personnel need to ensure that a robust plan is in place to deal with increasing demands such as business strategy, developing the organisation, continuous change, gain commitment from its staff and the need to ensure a competent and well developed workforce is in place for the foreseeable future.
