Overview:

Planning for an effective and successful workforce is essential for identifying appropriate workloads, staffing levels, justifying budget allocations and ensuring that there is the correct allocation of people in the right jobs at the correct time so that organisations can evolve, develop and meet their objectives.

All organisations need to be able to find people within their teams with the right skills to fill leadership roles whilst ensuring that once they are in the role, they are performing to their best ability and being developed to maximise their performance continuously and regularly.

Combining RIPA International’s ‘Succession Planning and Talent Management’, ‘Job Evaluation and Workforce Development Planning’ and ‘Effective People Management’ training courses will inspire participants to take a more strategic and integrated approach to resourcing, promotion and development strategies as well as focusing staff to reflect the values of your organisation.

Developing the human resource capabilities within your organisation is of key importance as well as your organisation being able to recognise and understand the key external trends and factors affecting the workforce both today and into the future. Understanding the implications of these trends will help your organisation formulate the kind of people-management strategies that will keep them viable and successful well into the future.
