Overview:

This programme for serving trainers and training team managers, aims to give participants the confidence and know-how to develop as learning professionals for their organisations. It builds on existing presentations skills by exploring a range of competencies in classroom facilitation as well as workplace consultancy.

This course sets out the need for trainers to broaden their skills base by undertaking other activities such as analysing training needs, coaching, and designing evaluation schemes. In-house trainers should be skilled communicators and ambassadors for training in the organisation, and can make a real impact on its performance and success.
