Our learning approach ensures that everyone who attends one of our leadership-focused courses is offered the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in a realistic and practically-focused way. Courses in this faculty are designed as facilitative forums in which attendees share challenges and their current issues with colleagues from across the globe, supported by practitioners possessing UK and international experience, especially in the field of public management and administration, in critical aspects of contemporary leadership.

We seek to create an environment that provides opportunities both to examine and reflect on a diverse range of solutions, skills and techniques to particular obstacles and issues relevant to each and every leader attending a RIPA International course.
