Leading and managing change is a critical component of every employee’s job today, and project managers, team leaders, professional staff and senior managers need to possess and practice change leadership to be effective in their organisations. Whether demanding transformational or incremental change efforts, today’s ever-changing work environment requires innovative approaches to leading change from managers and employees at all levels of the organisation.
This three week programme links RIPA International’s ‘Planning for Change: A Strategic Approach’, ‘Implementing Sustainable Change’ and ‘Managing People through Change: Attitudes and Behaviours’ into one comprehensive programme. They will equip you with all requisite skills to plan and successfully implement sustainable change within your organisation.
Central to the programme will be an analysis of strategic approaches to implementing successful change, exploring their relative applicability or adaptability to participants’ local context. Participants will be introduced to new concepts and be involved in exercises to understand key change theories and their practical implementation. Where participants are directly involved in change situations in their organisation, these will be identified and examined to provide concrete support in development planning as a key transferable learning activity.
