Overview:

All too often managers are required to manage in a chaotic environment, not really having the opportunity to look at their area of responsibility from a strategic perspective. The best managers are inspirational leaders, whatever their level within their organisation. They appreciate the fact that all people need a clear sense of identity and purpose, and to feel that they have the right resources in support of achieving and sustaining organisational success.

This workshop sets out a package of techniques and measures for effective organisational and people management. It will provide managers in both the public and private sector, with the opportunity to reflect and undertake a managerial ‘health check’ with a view to improving their strategies to manage efficiently and effectively.

We examine tools and techniques to develop high performing teams and individuals, ways to better lead your organisation, and importantly, how to tackle issues of motivation and attitude. We look at the techniques used by successful organisations, taking account of the organisation cultures, as well as how to work effectively within available resources.
