Overview:

At the highest level, the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a framework to help organisations to clarify their vision and strategy and translate them into operational objectives that drive both performance and behaviour. It is a management system that uses measurement to provide feedback on internal processes and external outcomes in order to improve strategic performance and operational results. Over the last decade the Balanced Scorecard has become an established strategic management best practice tool worldwide.

This is an intensely practical programme which will give participants not only a thorough grounding of the theory and methods of the Balanced Scorecard, but will also equip them to deliver dramatically improved results through its effective implementation.

This will include using the Balanced Scorecard for organisational capacity assessment, for capacity development planning, for strategy mapping and strategy implementation, measurement and benchmarking.
