RIPA International has over 50 years’ experience in international public service management training and consultancy. Our programmes are conducted in London and overseas for client governments and civil service departments, executive agencies and private sector organisations from over 70 countries.
We are seeking the services of experienced UK based public sector reform specialists to act as trainers and session leaders on RIPA International's suite of training programmes delivered here in London and in country. We are particularly interested to hear from individuals with a senior background in the public sector, and especially with international experience.
In particular, expertise in the following areas are required:
- Governance - with a focus on the machinery
of government, public sector modernisation
and service delivery
- Policy Making
- Orgnaisational Development
- Civil Service Reform
- Project Management
- Change Management
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Aid Assistance
- The Balanced Scorecard
- Monitoring and Evaluation
Desirable Competencies/Experience
- An understanding of public sector management issues and approaches in appropriate technical areas
- Experience or exposure to designing, delivering and presenting seminars and/or workshops, preferably to international groups
- Experience of working with major donor agencies
- Experience of advising governments in economically developing and transitional countries.
