Off the Shelf Training Programmes
Our off-the-shelf option will be the most appropriate for you where one of our existing open programmes meets your training objectives, optimising both value for money and bringing economies of scale, especially where you require a number of your staff to undergo the training. We have the capability to offer any one of our open programmes from our 8 core areas of competence and deliver that programme specifically to your team, or right across your organisation.
Customised Training
RIPA International is able to bring a fresh and adaptable approach to the design and delivery of bespoke training programmes.
Working with our clients, particularly at the identification and inception phase of a dedicated, bespoke solution, we will seek to precisely meet your organisational requirements and address the key objectives and intended outcomes which we will work with you to develop, ensuring that a tangible return on investment and your active involvement are the enabling hallmarks of the solution we provide.
Consultancy
Our consultancy option is for clients seeking longer term support in respect of key capacity building or change initiatives for their organisation (or indeed for their national government).
As a well-established international management training organisation, RIPA International has amassed strong programme and resource management attributes and experience across all our activities.
RIPA International prides itself on delivering successful projects and developing long-term relationships with clients and we recognise the way to achieve this is through delivering excellent customer service throughout all stages and elements of a project or consulting assignment.
Coaching
At RIPA International, we believe that every participant that seeks our assistance in developing their capabilities and knowledge will benefit from the opportunity to acquire individual quality one-to-one support whilst attending a RIPA International programme, in order to consolidate their unique learning and development needs into productive practice.
For 2009, RIPA International offers dedicated coaching and mentoring from a team of Directors of Studies who are qualified coaching practitioners.
